Zinvite is a Windows app that automates sending calendar invites through Outlook Web to help users book meetings without long email back-and-forth. It lets you write a message template with personalization tokens (such as first name and company), import contacts by pasting emails or uploading a CSV, and choose a date plus a time window for sending. Zinvite then sends one invite per contact from your own Outlook account at human-paced intervals, with no third-party branding. The product is positioned as requiring no coding, CRM, or integrations, and it runs on the user’s machine with data stored locally. It supports both personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com) and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts via outlook.office.com. It also provides sending history/export, a block list, and paid tiers that increase invite limits and templates.
Cold outreach emails rarely get replies, making meeting booking slow.
