NextGen Tools is available for free. Premium Launches, the Submission Service (directory submissions), and other paid features can be purchased directly on the platform. 3Account Requirements

• •Accounts must not be created using temporary or disposable email providers ("trash mail providers").
• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

4Launch Policies

• •NextGen Tools reserves the right to cancel any launch at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
• •Common reasons for cancellation include upvote tampering, upvoting your own launch more than once, or any other form of manipulation.
• •You must not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to manipulating votes, engagement metrics, or any other platform features.

When your product is featured on NextGen Tools, we may link to your website. All backlinks (both dofollow and nofollow) are provided "as is" without any guarantees. We do not guarantee that our Domain Rating (DR) will remain the same or increase over time, and we are not responsible for any changes to search engine algorithms that may affect link value.

NextGen Tools contains links to external websites that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites. The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the site. 7Streak Rewards

Such changes may apply immediately to all users regardless of their current streak progress or status. Users should not rely on the permanence of any streak rewards or features, and NextGen Tools assumes no liability for any changes to or removal of these features.

9Submission Service (Directory Submissions)

The Submission Service is a done-for-you service that submits your tool or website to a selected number of third-party directories. The service may include the following, which are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice:

• •Submission to Directories: We submit your listing to a selected number of directories (e.g., 50 or 100, depending on the plan). The actual number of successful submissions may vary; we do not guarantee that every submission will be accepted or published by each directory.
• •Directory Quality: We aim to submit only to high-quality directories (e.g., with Domain Rating 40 and above where applicable). We do not guarantee the Domain Rating (DR) of any directory, that any directory will meet a minimum DR, or that directory metrics will remain unchanged. DR and other third-party metrics are outside our control.
• •Comprehensive Report: You will receive a submission report. Results and outcomes depend on third-party directories and are not guaranteed.
• •DR or SEO Results: We do not guarantee any improvement to your site's Domain Rating, search rankings, traffic, or other SEO or business outcomes. Results vary based on many factors beyond our control.

The Submission Service is provided "as is." NextGen Tools reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time without prior notice or liability.

10Premium Launch Features

Premium Launch purchases include the following features, which are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice:

• •Premium Launch: Enhanced visibility and placement for your product launch on the platform.
• •Permanent Dofollow Backlink: A permanent dofollow backlink to your website. The permanence of this backlink is subject to the continued operation of NextGen Tools and our policies.
• •Domain Rating (DR): Backlinks may be associated with a Domain Rating, which is not guaranteed and may change at any time. NextGen Tools does not promise, guarantee, or warrant any specific DR value, and we are not responsible for any changes to DR metrics due to search engine algorithm updates, third-party rating system changes, or any other factors beyond our control.
• •Skip to the Top of the Queue: Priority placement in the launch queue. This feature may be subject to availability and platform capacity.
• •Crown on Logo for the Spotlight: Visual distinction with a crown icon on your logo when featured in the spotlight section. This is a visual feature only and does not guarantee any specific performance or results.

NextGen Tools reserves the right to modify, alter, or discontinue any premium features at any time without prior notice or liability. Premium features are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees regarding their performance, effectiveness, or continued availability.

11Featured Spots

Featured Spots are premium placements available for purchase on NextGen Tools. Featured Spots may include the following features, which are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice:

• •Premium Placement on Public Pages: Your product may receive premium placement on public pages of the platform. Placement and visibility are subject to platform design, layout changes, and other factors beyond our control.
• •Random Featured Product Display: Your product may be randomly shown on private pages as a featured product. The frequency, timing, and specific pages where your product appears are not guaranteed and may vary.
• •High Visibility: Featured Spots are designed to provide increased visibility to daily visitors. However, NextGen Tools does not guarantee, promise, or warrant any specific number of views, clicks, visits, impressions, or any other engagement metrics. Actual visibility and engagement may vary significantly based on numerous factors including but not limited to platform traffic, user behavior, search algorithms, and market conditions.
• •Dofollow Backlink: Featured Spots may include a dofollow backlink to your website. This backlink will remain active while the Featured Spot is active (until it reaches at least $1 CPC). The value, effectiveness, or SEO impact of this backlink is not guaranteed. NextGen Tools does not promise or warrant any specific Domain Rating (DR), search engine ranking improvements, or any other SEO benefits.
• •Duration: The Featured Spot stays active until it reaches at least $1 CPC.

12Featured on TikTok

Featured on TikTok is a one-time purchase service available on NextGen Tools. Featured on TikTok may include the following features, which are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice:

• •Social Media Feature: Your product may be featured on our TikTok page with 40k+ followers. The feature will be posted on multiple social media platforms including TikTok - Main account, TikTok - 2nd account, and YouTube - Main Account. The timing, frequency, and specific platforms where your product appears are subject to our content schedule and platform availability.
• •Audience Targeting: We may ask you to provide your niche and target audience information to help optimize the content. However, NextGen Tools does not guarantee that the content will reach your specific target audience or that audience targeting will be effective. Actual audience reach and engagement may vary.
• •Video Content: We will create an authentic UGC-style video for your tool. The style, format, and creative direction of the video are at our discretion. NextGen Tools does not guarantee that you will approve the final video or that the video will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• •Award: You may receive an award badge stating "Featured on NextGen Tool's TikTok". The availability, format, and delivery of this award are subject to our policies and may change at any time.

NextGen Tools reserves the right to modify, alter, or discontinue any Featured on TikTok features at any time without prior notice or liability. Featured on TikTok is subject to availability and may be limited based on content schedule, platform capacity, or other operational considerations.

13Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. NextGen Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
