NxGn Tools is a digital service that operates as an AI Tools Directory & Launch Platform. We have a refund policy for the following service:

• Premium Launch
• Submission Service (Directory Submissions)
• Featured Spot
• Homepage Bids
• Featured on TikTok + blog

Refund Eligibility for Premium Launch: Refunds for Premium Launch services are only available if requested before your tool has been published and made live on our platform. Once your tool has been published and is visible to users, the service is considered delivered and refunds will no longer be available. This policy ensures that once the promotional benefits and visibility of the Premium Launch have been activated, the service cannot be reversed.

Refund Eligibility for Submission Service (Directory Submissions): The Submission Service is non-refundable once we have begun processing your order or delivered the submission report. Because the service involves manual submissions to third-party directories, we cannot reverse the work performed. Refunds may be considered only if requested before any submission work has started, at our sole discretion.

Refund Eligibility for Featured Spot: Featured Spot is a one-time payment where you choose the duration at purchase; price varies by duration. Featured Spot is non-refundable once purchased.

Refund Eligibility for Homepage Bids: Homepage Bids are non-refundable once payment confirms. Full rules are in Homepage Bids (No Refunds) below.

Featured on TikTok + blog: A refund is applicable only if your tool does not match the target audience of our TikTok and blog content. If we determine that your product is outside the audience we serve, we will process the refund and inform you.

Homepage Bids (No Refunds)

Homepage Bids are a digital advertisement product. Once payment confirms, the purchase is final. There is no refund, partial refund, store credit, remaining time, or replacement bid. By completing checkout you agree that Homepage Bids are non-refundable.

Paying buys the exclusive homepage slot until someone outbids you. It does not buy a fixed number of days, guaranteed visitors, guaranteed clicks, a guaranteed Domain Rating (DR), or any SEO or business result. Estimated visitor numbers shown on the site are not a promise.

• Payment confirmed: The service is delivered when payment confirms. You hold the slot even if you have not yet submitted the ad creative.
• Outbid: If someone later pays more, your ad leaves the homepage. That does not create a refund or leftover time.
• No creative submitted: If you close the tab, lose your connection, or never finish choosing a tool or custom ad, that does not create a refund. We email a link so you can finish later while signed in to the same account.
• Concurrent or losing bids: If another equal or higher bid is recorded as the active holder before yours, you do not receive the slot and you do not receive a refund.
• Results: Low traffic, fewer visitors than estimated, no ranking change, or dissatisfaction with the backlink does not create a refund.
• Change of mind: Canceling, replacing the ad, or deciding you no longer want the slot does not create a refund.
• Removed content: If we reject or remove an ad that violates our Terms of Use, that does not create a refund.
• Unconfirmed payment: If payment never confirms, the bid does not go live and you are not charged for that slot.
