Running a pest control and lawn care company across three counties in Southwest Florida means juggling a lot of moving parts — scheduling technicians across Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, and Port Charlotte, keeping customers informed, managing inventory from dozens of vendors, and making sure every lawn gets the right treatment at the right time. Most companies our size cobble together a half-dozen software subscriptions to handle all of that. We took a different approach.We built our own.
