What is ValorPME?

ValorPME is an online decision-support tool for valuing French SMEs and mid-sized companies using discounted cash flow (DCF), aligned with methods used by investment banks. Users identify their company via an automatic SIREN lookup, run a full DCF simulation, and get Enterprise Value and Equity Value results within minutes. The platform calculates a sector- and size-adjusted WACC using published benchmarks (Damodaran) and France-specific inputs, and it validates the outcome with sector exit multiples. To address DCF sensitivity, it provides three scenarios and a sensitivity matrix, and flags cases where terminal value dominates the valuation. An optional “Rapport Expert” produces a professional multi-page PDF including benchmarks, risk scoring, and (when available) balance-sheet analysis. The service emphasizes confidentiality and states it does not replace certified valuation professionals.
