About
TraceRank is a tightly scoped activation diagnostic for B2B SaaS onboarding and first-value flows. It is designed for teams that already have event data and can see drop-off, but still struggle to interpret which breakdown matters most and what to fix first. Buyers upload a CSV journey export through an intake flow, and TraceRank generates a single diagnostic pass with structured outputs such as the strongest bottleneck, where repeated effort builds, a ranked intervention order, and guidance on what to measure after the first fix. The product emphasizes constrained scope—one journey, one dataset, one diagnostic pass—positioning itself as an audit rather than a general analytics platform, implementation service, or strategy engagement. Public-safe specimen reports are provided so prospective buyers can review the output format and decision style without exposing client data.

The one-journey scope is useful. For an AI SaaS, activation may mean a completed task with a usable output, not just a signup or first click. Can the intake represent that first-value condition, or does it require an existing event for the outcome?
