About
Time Miner is retroactive legal timekeeping software focused on finding billable work that was not recorded. It connects to a lawyer’s email (Gmail or Outlook) and analyzes messages for client- and matter-related activity. It also uses uploaded call and text logs from phone providers, then matches names, emails, and phone numbers to contacts and matters imported from practice management systems or CSV files. The product generates suggested time entries that attorneys can review and export to billing tools, aiming to reduce the need for timers and manual time logs. Time Miner also includes reporting and historical “Deep Dive” analysis for emails and related activity, positioned as useful for audits, fee petitions, arbitration support, and documentation in billing disputes. It emphasizes secure access and data handling, including AES-256 encryption.
