What is The Ultimate Piano?
Ultimate Piano is a browser-based piano practice app that works without downloads and can be played with a mouse, computer keyboard, touch devices, or a connected MIDI keyboard. It combines practice and learning tools in one place: real-time chord detection while you play, interactive chord and scale visualizations, and a scale trainer that evaluates accuracy, timing, velocity consistency, and tempo. For song practice, it includes a MIDI player with falling notes and looping, plus audio and YouTube players with slowdown controls, A–B looping, bookmarks, and analysis such as key and BPM detection. A built-in metronome supports different time signatures, subdivisions, and speed training. The app can display what you play as sheet music in real time and record performances to downloadable MIDI files, with support for sustain pedal input.
