About
StitchSentry is an automated quality assurance tool for embroidery machine files such as DST, PES, JEF, EXP, and VP3. It analyzes the native stitch data in each file and flags common production risks like high stitch density, long jump stitches, excessive trims, tiny stitches under 1 mm, missing underlay, and color-stop problems. Users upload single designs or batches, choose or create tolerance-based QA presets, and receive results with severity ratings and fix suggestions. The app also provides stitch-accurate previews for each color stop, plain-English AI summaries to help non-specialists understand what needs attention, and exportable PDF reports for internal review or sharing with clients. Plans range from a free tier with limited daily checks to higher-volume tiers that add batch processing, team seats, shared presets, and API access for integrating QA into production workflows.
