SpriteSheetMaker is a browser-based tool for creating sprite sheets and texture atlases from existing image frames. Users can drop PNG, JPG, or WebP files into the maker, while animated GIFs can be split into frames automatically. The tool supports grid, horizontal, vertical, and packed layouts, with controls for columns, padding, trimming transparent borders, extrusion, alignment, uniform cell sizes, and power-of-two dimensions. Users can preview the resulting animation and adjust FPS before exporting. Output includes a PNG sprite sheet and TexturePacker-compatible JSON, with additional Godot atlas text and optional individual frames available in a ZIP. Processing runs locally in the browser, so source images are not uploaded during normal use. The tool is intended for workflows involving Unity, Godot, Phaser, PixiJS, GameMaker, RPG Maker, and pixel-art animation. It focuses on packing and exporting existing frames rather than drawing or generating characters.
Game frames are scattered across files and need consistent atlas packing.
Packs image frames locally into sprite sheets with engine-ready metadata.
