What is Springbase?

Springbase is an AI workflow platform that helps you turn prompts into automated processes. It provides a workspace where you can choose from multiple AI models, build “Recipes” (reusable prompt templates with variables), and run them on demand or on a schedule using agents. Recipes can connect to many external tools (such as Gmail, Slack, Calendar, Notion, GitHub, and others) to take actions like sending summaries, creating tasks, and compiling reports. Springbase also includes a Knowledge Base feature that lets you upload private documents and reference community contexts so outputs are grounded in specific sources rather than guesses. For meetings, it can join calls, transcribe with speaker labels, and generate summaries, action items, and follow-ups that feed into workflows.
