Instead of giving everyone the same long set of questions, it uses an adaptive Bayesian assessment approach: it starts with equal likelihood across traits and updates its beliefs after each response. The next question is chosen to be the most informative, aiming to reduce filler and redundancy and reach a profile in about 8 minutes (around 24 questions). Results are organized around a system of 25 archetypes and a “Five Color Drives” model that measures a person’s balance across five fundamental energies (Structure, Mastery, Agency, Passion, Connection). The site also includes supporting pages such as Archetypes, Comparisons, and a Blog, plus an email subscription for updates.
