About
Sayform is a web platform for creating forms that collect responses through voice conversations instead of typing. Users describe the form they need in plain language, and the system generates a voice form with conversational follow-up prompts. After sharing a single link through channels like email, SMS, or WhatsApp, recipients open it in a browser and speak with an AI voice agent that asks questions, listens, and records answers automatically. Responses stream to a live dashboard in real time, where answers are available as transcripts and structured fields for review and export. Sayform also supports importing existing Google Forms by pasting a form URL, converting the questions and options so responses can be gathered by voice without rebuilding the form. The product is positioned as an alternative to email surveys and manual calling workflows.
