About

RootblySub is a Chrome extension for generating and translating subtitles for YouTube videos. It works by letting you enter a YouTube video URL, then automatically producing subtitles and translating them into a preferred language. The listing emphasizes usefulness for foreign-language content such as interviews, lectures, reviews, and educational videos, especially when quick understanding matters. It also aims to help when a video has no subtitles or when the original language is difficult to follow. The extension is positioned as simple to use, with no complicated setup, enabling viewers to watch and understand YouTube content with translated subtitles in languages like Korean, English, Japanese, Spanish, and more.
