What is RelayFast?
RelayFast is a product communication tool for small SaaS teams. It brings release notes, customer notifications, and feature feedback into one update workflow. A team writes a changelog post once, then publishes it as a hosted page and RSS item, emails verified subscribers when needed, and shows the update inside its product through an embeddable widget. RelayFast also provides a feature request board where users can submit ideas, vote, follow statuses, and see when requested work ships. Posts can include categories, media, previews, reactions, and scheduled publishing controls. Teams can organize updates by project, apply brand colors and logos, use a custom domain, and export subscriber data. The product is intended to replace separate release-note pages, feedback spreadsheets, mailing lists, and one-off announcement banners while keeping each release connected to the customer feedback that prompted it.
