About
RaiseATicket is an AI-powered customer support platform aimed at startups that need a simple way to handle incoming support requests. It centralizes conversations into a single “Founder Inbox” so teams can manage customer tickets without complex setup. The product highlights AI-based auto-categorization to help sort and triage requests, and it includes churn prediction to surface customers who may be at risk based on support signals. It also offers embeddable widgets, suggesting the support experience can be placed directly into a startup’s product or website. The positioning focuses on helping founders and small teams stay on top of support while using support insights to improve the product. A free plan is available for getting started.

Congrats on the launch. A single Founder Inbox fits how early teams actually work, and churn signals from support tickets is a clever use of data founders already have. Auto categorization should save a lot of triage time. Good luck this week from a fellow solo maker.
