About
Quitlo is a churn intelligence tool for B2B SaaS companies. When customers cancel, go quiet, fail a payment, or give a low NPS/CSAT/CES score, it triggers an opt-in AI voice conversation that lasts about two minutes. The goal is to capture context that typical exit surveys and dropdown reasons miss, such as the real driver behind a “pricing” response or a competitor switch. After each conversation, Quitlo delivers a structured summary to Slack with churn reason, sentiment, competitor mentions, save opportunity, and a suggested next step, with optional ticket creation. It connects to tools like Stripe for cancellation and failed-payment signals and can integrate with Slack and CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce. The product emphasizes transparency (AI disclosure), opt-in participation, and data retention controls.
