The system identifies anomalies, reconciliation gaps, and materiality indicators, and produces risk summaries and structured flags with a full audit trail so outputs are reproducible. AI is used only to generate narrative summaries from deterministic results; scoring remains rule-based and version-governed to keep professional control over decisions. Prefiler also includes deadline intelligence tracking with a centralised calendar and alerts, plus document-level extraction and validation from financial and tax documents. Outputs are designed to be filing-ready and exportable, supporting professional judgment rather than replacing it.
