PhotoLedger is a photo documentation app designed to capture images together with structured form data and transfer them directly into company storage and downstream systems. It addresses the common issue of photo backlogs caused by manual transfer, classification, and labeling after photos are taken for deliveries, defects, or project progress. Workflows are set up as projects by defining where data should be stored (such as SFTP, Google Drive, or Dropbox), how images should be processed, and which additional fields should be collected via dynamic forms. During capture, photos are taken inside the app (without gallery access), can be rotated or cropped, and are linked to the entered metadata. After submission, uploads arrive as high-resolution JPEGs plus a structured JSON file for easy integration into ERP, finance, logistics, automation scripts, or AI pipelines. Pro adds higher upload limits, 4K resolution, OCR, smart blur, and optional burning form values into images.
