What is Pettylogs?
PettyLogs is a cloud-based management platform for repair shops, service centres, workshops, and multi-branch retail. It combines a digital cash book with a live running balance, cash sales and POS-style receipts with automatic VAT calculation, and repair job cards that move from intake to completion. Technicians can use a phone camera for AI label scanning so brand, model, serial number, and IMEI populate job cards without manual typing. The platform also includes product and parts catalogues, IMEI/serial tracking per unit, and parts ordering with pending-stock status and traceability from request to fulfilment to sale. Reporting works across modules and locations, with export to Xero for accounting. Customers can create an account to view repair status, receipts, and balances linked to their email across participating PettyLogs shops.
