What is Outbid?

OutBid is a Telegram-based tool for Upwork freelancers that helps them respond to new job posts quickly. It monitors Upwork continuously and sends job alerts within about 60 seconds, so users can apply while listings are still fresh. After setup (adding skills and a short bio), OutBid provides AI-written proposal drafts for each job that can be copied, edited, and pasted into Upwork from a mobile device.
