About
MiniPACS + Vendo is a self-hosted imaging center software system combining a PACS image archive with an online referral portal. MiniPACS stores medical imaging studies on a clinic-owned server, mini PC, or the clinic's AWS account. CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray studies can appear automatically in a browser-based worklist, while reports and DICOM studies remain associated with the relevant records. Vendo provides referring doctors with online referral submission, appointment booking, and referral status tracking, reducing reliance on fax and phone calls. The system also includes audit logging, encrypted backups, browser access without installed client software, bulk archive migration, and resumable transfers. It is designed for independent imaging centers that want to retain control of their imaging archive and use a flat pricing model rather than per-study fees. MiniPACS and Vendo can run together on one server or be deployed separately.
