What Kuldron does Kuldron is a social platform built around a simple purpose: give people the best experience we can. At the center is the topic, where threaded posts and a live chat room sit under the same name. Channels carry live streams, videos and clips. Feeds, profiles, friends and messages connect them, and each part is meant to stand on its own as well as work with the rest. That experience rests on security, stability and functionality. The service should be there when you open it, controls should do what they say, and new features should make Kuldron more useful rather than merely busier. How Kuldron pays for itself Kuldron supports itself in two ways. Usage-based means paying a fair, published price for what you use. Ad-supported viewing means paying nothing where it is available, with the ads covering that usage. The amount of advertising is kept as low as possible while still doing that job. In either case, the aim is the same: help you see more and better content for less money or fewer ads. Ads are chosen by what’s on the page rather than by who you are. More tailoring is something you turn on, not the default. Watching explains the choice, and Money publishes every price. Ownership and motivation Kuldron is privately owned, funded and operated by me, Spoff. I intend to keep the ownership that way, though I am excited for the day I can share the workload with a team. I have been programming since I was 14. I am an engineer by trade and have previously been a technical executive and founder. I love developing technology and being of service to people. Kuldron is a vehicle for both: a way to turn what I know and enjoy into something useful for the people who spend their time here. To reach me, email [email protected] or come find me in app, in the Kuldron topic.
