About

Hush is an Android app for managing screen time by enforcing limits on distracting apps. It helps users understand where their time goes by tracking daily usage across selected distractions. Users choose which apps to control, set daily time allowances, and Hush blocks those apps automatically when the limit is reached. The site emphasizes that typical screen time limits are easy to ignore, and positions Hush as a stricter option that cannot be bypassed through “no negotiations” enforcement. It also highlights privacy, stating data is kept private on-device. The product is available on Google Play with a quick setup and includes links to start blocking distractions and view the privacy policy.
