Notice your head shifts. Adjust as you go.
Click to view full sizeHeadjust is a native macOS app that visualizes how your head moves while you work using the motion sensors in compatible headphones. It reads spatial motion data (pitch, yaw, and roll) from devices such as AirPods and certain Beats models with dynamic head tracking, then translates that movement into a simple real-time Balance Score. The app is designed to surface subtle habits—like prolonged leaning toward a screen or keeping your head turned to one side—so you can notice drift and return to a comfortable center without interrupting concentration. Headjust presents quick status in a compact notch interface and offers clear charts to review movement patterns over sessions and days. It is private by design: motion data stays on your Mac, with no cloud syncing and no accounts required. It also includes a quick calibration to set a baseline based on your setup.
Head tilt and lean habits go unnoticed, leading to neck and shoulder strain.
