Glance Switch is a macOS menu bar app that moves focus to whichever screen you're facing, using your Mac's built-in camera. Look at a display and the last window you used there becomes active. The pointer also jumps to that screen, back where you left it, so new windows, Spaces and Mission Control open where you're looking. A short dwell delay keeps it from flickering, and calibration adjusts itself over time, so small moves of your chair or monitors don't break it. Camera frames are processed on your Mac in memory only and are never stored or sent anywhere.
With multiple monitors, you look at one screen but keep typing into a window on another.
Glance Switch uses your Mac's camera to focus the screen you're looking at, hands-free.
