About

Face Maskifier is a Chrome extension designed to enhance image privacy and editing capabilities by allowing users to apply customizable masks to faces in images. This tool performs fast face detection directly on your device, ensuring that no data is sent over the internet, thus maintaining user privacy. Users can efficiently manage their workflows by editing mask positions—such as deleting, moving, or rotating them—and can also control output size, add watermarks, and navigate metadata options. The extension operates entirely offline, further securing data privacy. Users can easily process images by pasting from the clipboard and copying modified images back with simple keyboard shortcuts. While the extension focuses primarily on secure and offline use, it provides versatile functionality to meet various image editing needs.
