Dose Track is a dose tracking app for iPhone and Android for people taking testosterone (TRT), GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, and research peptides. It keeps all of these in one log. A reconstitution calculator shows how much water to add to a vial and how many units to draw, and saves the result per vial. Reminders tell you when each dose is due, each dose is logged in one tap, and the app counts down what is left in every vial and warns before it runs out. Each injection is logged with its site, and the app suggests the next site to rotate to. A Levels view estimates how much of each compound is still in your system from your logged doses, including peak, trough and time to steady state. Other tools include a blend calculator, unit and cost calculators, a dose simulator, an interaction checker and lab targets. Pulse, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions from your own log, and lab results can be added from a PDF or photo. The library covers 800+ medications and supplements. No account is needed to start.
