What is Disciplined?
Disciplined is a trading journal app for recording trades and evaluating trading performance with data. It lets users manually log entries and exits along with direction, leverage, setup tags, and notes, creating a searchable trade history. The dashboard focuses on metrics such as win rate, expectancy, profit factor, ROE, and max drawdown, plus capital history and long-vs-short breakdowns and period comparisons. It also includes discipline rules that set daily trade limits and consecutive loss limits, with prompts to pause when limits are reached. A “Professional Track” provides a four-phase, trade-history-based path covering edge analysis, pattern recognition, discipline and psychology, and mastery. Disciplined is available on web and iOS, with Android listed as coming soon, and syncs data across devices.
