Dawn is a workplace AI agent that lets teams ask product and system questions in plain language and get responses grounded in their real implementation. It operates inside common chat tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, Discord, web chat, and via webhooks, so people can ask questions where they already work. Dawn connects to engineering and support systems such as code repositories and tickets (including GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, Linear, Bitbucket, and Trello) and cloud documents (Google Drive and OneDrive). It can search these connected sources before responding, and its answers reference specific files, records, tickets, and docs. Teams can configure “skills” for repeatable workflows like ticket triage or operational checks, and select different reasoning profiles by choosing the model/provider that fits the question’s needs for speed, cost, and quality.
Teams lack fast, reliable answers from code, infra, and tools in chat.
