ChurnNote is a SaaS tool that helps founders understand and recover churned customers. It connects with Stripe or Lemon Squeezy, detects cancellations, and sends a short plain-text email that feels like a founder note instead of a survey or form. When customers reply, ChurnNote groups the reason for leaving, such as pricing, missing features, bad experience, timing, or switching to a competitor. Founders can then record what changed, such as a new plan, shipped feature, fix, offer, or delay, and review drafted win-back follow-ups before sending. ChurnNote also provides a dashboard for cancellations, reply rates, churn reasons, customer LTV, recoverable revenue, weekly founder digests, and failed payment recovery through a simple dunning flow.
Founders lose customers without knowing why or what to do next.
Emails cancelled users, groups replies, recovers payments, and drafts win-backs.
Indie SaaS founders and small SaaS teams using Stripe or Lemon Squeezy.
