About
CandidateRate is a web-based platform for running asynchronous video interviews to reduce the time spent on early-stage screening. Recruiters create an interview by defining basic job information, video questions, and filtering criteria, then share a unique link with candidates. Candidates record their answers in their browser whenever and wherever they prefer, without downloads. The system supports automated steps from invitation and registration through interview recording and results, helping recruiters focus on finalists instead of conducting many first interviews. It also includes features aimed at reducing no-shows by filtering for commitment and punctuality before candidates enter the process. Plans scale by number of interviewed candidates and active interviews, with options for unlimited interviews and multiple evaluators.
