About
BreakFree is a minimalist habit tracker designed to simplify the process of quitting habits without unnecessary distractions or complexities. Unlike typical habit trackers that often include features like AI coaches, social feeds, and gamification, BreakFree focuses on core functionality: tracking what you're quitting and monitoring your progress streak. BreakFree avoids daily reminders, accounts, analytics, and external data storage, ensuring privacy and simplicity. The app requires a one-time payment with no subscriptions, ads, or additional fees, making it a straightforward choice for users who value privacy and minimalism in their approach to habit tracking.

I built BreakFree because I was tired of habit apps that talk at you instead of helping you. I didn’t want motivation quotes, gamification, social pressure, or AI pretending to understand my behavior. I just wanted an honest way to track when I slipped and see my real progress over time.
