About

Ballista is a unique service that enhances job applications by sending printed resumes and cover letters via physical mail. For a fee starting at $10, the tool allows users to bypass digital filters and reach hiring managers directly with high-quality printed materials. The service includes features such as thick professional-grade paper, finding the appropriate recipient, and mailing the application to ensure it arrives at the decision-maker's desk. Ballista aims to increase an applicant's visibility by circumventing the common pitfalls of online job applications, such as being filtered out by bots. The platform also offers a browser extension for easy integration with online applications, a credit system for flexible use, and the option for premium tracking on mailed applications. Ballista positions itself as a tool to help job seekers stand out in a crowded digital landscape, emphasizing personalized effort and real human engagement over automated processes.
